Return and Exchange Policy

First: Exchange and Return Period:

Products purchased through the online store: Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in the same condition and packaging as they were in the original factory.

Second: Products eligible for return and exchange:

Customers can return or exchange any purchase from our website, with the following exceptions:

Electronic and electrical devices may only be exchanged or returned in the event of non-software manufacturing defects. Products in factory packaging are exempt from this rule.
Printers, ink, photocopiers, fax machines, imported materials, or accessories may only be exchanged or returned in the event of manufacturing defects.
For health reasons, devices such as shavers, hair removal machines, headphones, and earphones may only be returned in the event of manufacturing defects. Products with defects resulting from misuse, such as breaks, scratches, tampering, or improper use, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only sold products can be refunded or returned with a purchase invoice.


Third: Return and Exchange Requirements:

To return or exchange purchases, customers must:

Submit the original invoice from the website.
Return purchases in the same factory packaging, except for defective products.
For assembled products, return the entire package intact.
A technical report from the service provider may be required for return or exchange.


Fourth: Special Return and Exchange Cases:

If delivered via home delivery, contact customer service at 97336639098 or email jmhestore@gmail.com to arrange pickup. Pickup fees will vary based on distance and weight, except in the case of returns due to manufacturing defects.
The customer bears the return/exchange costs of the product depending on the location and nature of the product. - Return or Exchange of Products:

If the return policy is accepted, refunds will be processed based on the payment method used. If purchasing using multiple payment cards, the processing time ranges from 7 to 14 days, depending on the bank's policy.

- Exchange Procedures:

If the exchange is accepted, the support team will arrange for pickup and delivery based on the product's availability and location. If alternatives are unavailable, products of the same value will be offered, taking into account price differences.

Fifth: General Terms and Conditions:

Acceptance of the shipment by us confirms the integrity of the purchases. Signing the invoice in JMH stores confirms receipt of the purchases in good condition. JMH is not responsible for delays or failure to arrive due to any unforeseen events such as wars, natural disasters, or government actions.
